Boston Aesthetics Clinic (UK) Ltd. was founded in 1998 and is an internationally recognised name in the field of aesthetic treatments.

Our aim is to ensure that the patients get the highest possible standard of care. Our clinic is registered by the Healthcare Commission (government body empowered to register and regulate providers of independent healthcare) and receives annual and unannounced inspection visits.

At our clinic you will not find any sales people, but only highly trained and experienced individuals. All our treatments are carried out by fully qualified female medical staff. All staff have completed government approved Laser & IPL “BTEC” Courses.

Our staff is not only highly professional, but also friendly and approachable.

The services of Boston Aesthetics Clinic (UK) Ltd. are accessible regardless of disability, culture and ethnicity. Training is provided in meeting the needs of clients with physical disability, sensory disability and/or learning disability, appropriate to client profile for the establishment.

The treatment and care provided is patient centred. Consultation and advice are offered prior to any type of treatment. Assessment of patient’s needs is carried out in line with procedures to be timely, appropriate and accurate. All the information given remains strictly confidential.

Patients are informed of the recommended interventions for treatment and/or care, options available, realistic outcomes, significant risks, side effects, after care allowing them to give valid consent or refusal.

We conduct an annual assessment of the views of our clients in order to improve our service delivery. A summary of the results of this will be available on request.

All consultations are free of charge. No pressure on clients to have any recommended treatment. Consultation person is not paid bonus or commission of any sort. All our Test Patch treatments are free. No pressure on clients to book a treatment.
